Our Remax office just sold a 1 bedroom requiring full renovation at the Ashdown for $276,000.00 which is amazing for this 1 bedroom suite in this building. What is happening ( which I predicted would happen) is buyers are looking at new projects with smaller suites, with no parking for $300 plus dollars per square foot. When you come back to a building like the Ashdown it now seems like tremendous value and I expect some very aggressive pricing could happen over the rest of the year. With the new foyer, the new deck and the big suites with parking a building like the Ashdown is ready for a new and better position for condo sellers to expect strong results.
