Activity Update

I just reviewed condo sales for all of 2010 and noticed these statistics.
  • I had highest sale price paid for units in 2010 at several buildings including 167 Bannatyne and 283 Bannatyne
  • 75% of all sales at 181 Bannatyne were my listings, most listings at 181 Bannatyne sell for $400,000 and over making it the highest priced loft style project in Winnipeg
  • I had the most combined listings and sales (known as "ends" in our business) at both 87 & 110 Princess
  • I had the most sales at 280,290 & 300 Waterfront, more than all other Realtors combined
  • All these are as per MLS statistics which do not include 32 sales at 100 Princess know as The Penthouse
  • I also set the record highest selling price ever for buildings in 99 Gerard & 246 Rosyln in the Osborne Village
  • I sold more condos in Transcona than any other Realtor in Winnipeg
  • I completed more Life Leases in 2010 than any other Realtor in Winnipeg (53 at Cornerstone Life Lease, 12 and counting at Vasa Lund)
I do good work and have been rewarded for it in 2010. As this year winds down and we look to 2011 please remember that if you are considering selling your condominium or house please contact me. I understand the market well enough to be asked to be consulted on every new project in the Downtown, Osborne and Transcona because developers about to spend millions know my opinion matters. My opinion is based on understanding trends and where the market is headed.
