The Residents Get a Tour

Last week's highlights with the Downtown Resident's Crowd featured a tour of a new project located on Lombard in Downtown's Theatre District. One point of interest in the yet-to-be-developed building was this old vault. Just like Geraldo, the vault was empty for me.

I have been working hard with the folks at the Downtown Biz and we have organized 2 buildings to be included in the tour. 283 Bannatyne will have 3 suites on display, and 100 Princess will be open to the public. I will be onsite at 100 Princess to show folks around this new project and the vision for affordable housing in the heart of the Exchange.
At 283 Princess, don't expect to see condos for sale. We have just organized some great people to open their doors to the public to see how great downtown living can be.
